Construct

The leading nonprofit provider of affordable housing and supportive services in the Southern Berkshires, Construct exists to help people in—and out—of crisis. To that end, our mission is to provide neighbors of low and moderate incomes with affordable housing solutions through rental assistance and related support services. We aim to provide a safe homecoming for all, a viable path to security, and a firm foundation from which families can begin to feel hopeful again.

With a small, highly skilled staff and committed volunteers, Construct leverages time, talent, money, and long-standing community relationships to support our mission and projects. The bulk of our annual income comes from individual donors, like you. Providing over 80 affordable housing options, 10 of which are for individuals transitioning out of homelessness, Construct helps to rebuild security, stability, and create hope.
