We’re pleased to once again convene our membership for an in-person annual meeting—our first face-to-face since 2019. To fit this convivial atmosphere, we’ve chosen to host the meeting at Cove Bowling Lanes in Great Barrington.
BerkShares, Inc. will hold its annual meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 16 at Cove Lanes in Great Barrington. Members will hear an annual update from officers of the Board of Directors and vote in new appointees. The address is 109 Stockbridge Rd, Great Barrington, MA 01230.
Bowling lanes will be reserved to hang out and socialize after meeting business is concluded. Light bites and an open bar will be provided.
All residents of the Berkshire region and participating organizations are welcome to become members and attend. Past BerkShares members are asked to renew their membership prior to the event. Membership submission or renewal must be received by Monday, November 14 to vote in this annual meeting.
